Membership conversions
When a referral you introduce activates a paid Glades Air membership, you earn an upfront commission.
Trip confirmations
When a referral confirms a qualifying trip through Glades Air, you earn an additional upfront commission.
Commission amounts are set per referral and managed by the Glades Air team. You'll be notified at every stage — click, quote, conversion, and payout.

Introduce only people you have a legitimate, personal connection to.
No spam, mass emailing, or unsolicited bulk messaging. Comply with CAN-SPAM and all applicable laws.
Do not run paid advertising of your referral link without written approval from Glades Air.
Glades Air handles all client communication, quoting, and fulfillment — you make the introduction, we do the rest.
Commissions are paid only after a referral converts and completes payment; self-referrals are not eligible.
Abuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms may result in removal and forfeiture of pending commissions.
Approval at our discretion
Glades Air holds the full right to accept or decline any ambassador application based on our own internal processes. We are not required to provide any justification or reason for approval or denial. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, and acceptance does not guarantee any commissions — commissions are earned only on qualifying conversions as defined in these terms.

Who can apply?
Anyone 18 or older with a genuine network of people who could benefit from concierge travel services. Prior sales experience is not required.
Do I need to be a Glades Air member?
No. Ambassadors are not required to hold a membership, though many of our best ambassadors are also members.
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are earned when a referred guest converts to a paid membership or confirms a trip. Payouts are processed by the Glades Air team and you'll be notified at each stage.
Is there a cost to join?
No. The Ambassador Program is completely free — there are no fees, ever.
