Commission Structure:
Standard Commission: 5% on the total booking value for every new client referred by an Ambassador.
Advisor Discretion: Additional mark-ups are at the discretion of the Ambassador, provided they adhere to Glades Air's pricing guidelines and client satisfaction standards.

Legal and Compliance:
Ambassadors must agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Ambassador Program Agreement, which covers commission structure, confidentiality, non-disclosure, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Commissions are paid 30 days after the completed trip and are subject to review for compliance with program terms.
Review and Adaptation:
The Ambassador Program will be reviewed annually to adapt to market changes, feedback from Ambassadors, and evolving business goals.
